You do not own the software. You are purchasing a license to use it.

You are responsible for how you use PanicMode.

You agree not to:

use the software for illegal purposes
use the software to misrepresent your work status, attendance, availability, or activity
use the software to bypass workplace, school, monitoring, compliance, or security rules
misrepresent the software as your own
resell or redistribute the software without permission

PanicMode is provided as-is and is intended for lawful privacy protection and focus use.

All payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
